As water spillage can become a safety hazard for other participants, no water bottles or similar are permitted in the stairwells. Fortunately, we will have multiple first aid staff and volunteers positioned on key floors to offer you a chance to rest and have a small drink of water if required.

To ensure the best vertical marathon experience, we suggest arriving 30 minutes before your dedicated start time as this
provides ample time to collect your bib and use bag storage if required. Once finished at check-in, head to the start line where your photo will be taken before you climb. Participants are sent of with small gaps between them to avoid congestion in the stairwell.
-
All climbers who successfully make it to the rooftop will receive an event medal. Each tower has a unique medal.
-
Just like purchasing tickets to movies, concerts and sporting events, we do not offer refunds. We do however allow participants to transfer their entry to a friend if we are notified 3 days prior to the event start date and time. If this is required, please email steve.corrie@active8change.com.au
